    Your device must have all 4 of these sensors:

    - GPS

    - Accelerometer

    - Compass

    - Gyroscope

     

    TIP: Most modern Apple iOS devices work great!

    New Phone? Still Not Compatible?

    Even brand-new devices can be missing required hardware.

    - Some budget models skip compass or gyroscope

     

    Check your device specs online or via a hardware checker app.

    Want to save mobile data?

    - Download all game content at home over Wi-Fi

     

    When prompted in-app, click "OK" to preload worlds.

    Note: Some data is still used while playing in the park.

    - Content won’t re-download unless the app updates

    - Best to download on Wi-Fi at home

    Yes. Even if you downloaded the game content at home, you still need one of the following when you are at the park:

    - Mobile data

    - Personal hotspot

    - Wi-Fi

     

    The game uses internet for:

    - GPS location tracking

    Fix it by:

    - Spinning your device in a figure 8

    - Removing magnetic cases or swipe cards

    - Go outside away from trees or buildings

    - Wait 5–10 minutes after turning GPS on

    - GPS not turned on

    - Low location accuracy

     

    Solution:
